Delete your Amala account

Applies to: the Amala mobile app, operated by Tarmeez SPC (CR 1649555), Bawshar, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

You can delete your Amala account at any time. Deleting your account removes the account and the personal data associated with it within a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delete your account in the app

Open the Amala app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Delete Account.
Type your email address to confirm the deletion.

If you can no longer access the app

Email support@amala.om from the email address registered to your account with the subject line "Delete my account", and we will process the deletion.
